About Me
Rosa started her career in the beauty industry over 30 years ago when she found herself a Saturday job as the shampoo girl in her local hair and beauty salon in London.
She soon became far more interested in the beauty side and started to shadow the therapists- watching what they did and how they did it. So, in fact, she learned the practical side of beauty while she was still at school.
Rosa attended beauty college in Islington where she trained and qualified as a beauty therapist. She continued to work in the salon where she started as a Saturday girl, eventually working her way up to manage the business until it was sold.
Her next role was in a health club in Blackheath where she worked as a senior therapist part time whilst also starting to build her own business (and grow her family) from her home in Herne Hill.
BodySense Beauty Treatments soon took off to the point where Rosa was able to make it her full-time focus.
Not long after starting the business Rosa decided to research which skin care brand might be the best fit for her clients. She met the team from Matis at a trade show and fell in love with the products of this well-established French brand.
Rosa continues to work closely with the brand as their representative for Bromley and the surrounding areas. This includes taking advantage of onsite and personal training in new products and how to get the best results for her clients.
Rosa offers a full range of beauty therapy treatments but facials and helping clients to manage skins issues are her passion. She’s a compulsive researcher and is always reading up on the latest trends and techniques.
Away from the beauty room, Rosa loves to be outdoors. She enjoys a long walk in the countryside and is a member of the National Trust and the Royal Horticultural Society.
She’s an avid theatre goer and a big fan of eating out. In true Italian style, Rosa also loves to cook and to entertain friends and family at home.
